The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Up to 800,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits

Responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation within the organization

Description
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Burmese
