  • Responsible for designing and updating menus with innovative, seasonal dishes aligned with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences, while overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

Description

  • Manage food inventory, storage, and purchasing to reduce waste and optimize costs

  • Lead, train, and assess kitchen staff, promoting a supportive and efficient work environment

  • Organize tasks, create shift schedules, and address kitchen-related issues effectively

  • Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Building relationships with food suppliers to secure the best ingredients at competitive prices
