Responsible for designing and updating menus with innovative, seasonal dishes aligned with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences, while overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Up to 2,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Manage food inventory, storage, and purchasing to reduce waste and optimize costs
Lead, train, and assess kitchen staff, promoting a supportive and efficient work environment
Organize tasks, create shift schedules, and address kitchen-related issues effectively
Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Building relationships with food suppliers to secure the best ingredients at competitive prices
