Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations

This role requires for managing recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills

Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage employee conflicts, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work environment
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and ensure market competitiveness
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee contracts and performance evaluations
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements
Oversee general administrative tasks, such as office management and facilities maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the agricultural sector
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and regulations
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
