As we celebrate 9 incredible years at MyWorld Careers, we take this moment to reflect on the inspiring journey that has brought us here. Last year, we celebrated eight years of growth, progress, and achievement. Today, we stand even stronger, more determined, and more focused on setting new standards in the recruitment industry.
Since our start in 2015, our mission has been to build the best recruitment company in Myanmar—and we’re proud to say we’ve succeeded, thanks to the dedication of our exceptional team. At MyWorld, “Best” is more than just a word; it’s our driving force. We continually push the boundaries of what’s possible, striving for excellence in everything we do.
Our journey is built on the strength of our talented local team of business professionals. Through our comprehensive internal training program, we’ve developed the region’s top recruiters, not only in Myanmar but now across the region. We are proud of the industry-leading expertise and high performance of our recruiters, which sets us apart.
Since expanding to Cambodia in 2021 and Laos in 2023, we’ve achieved remarkable brand awareness and success, thanks to the efforts of our internal marketing team. Our footprint has continued to grow, supporting clients in Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, and beyond. As we expand, our commitment to being the best in the region remains our guiding principle.
