Description
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labour laws and industrial relations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Burmese
