HR Manager at a Well-known Petroleum Products Distribution Company in Yangon, Myanmar
Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Up to 1,200,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits
The Role
This role requires to oversee all HR operations and address the HR requirements and develop and Implement HR Strategies to improve the organizational Development

Description
Coordinate the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
Develop and maintain a human resources system that aligns with top management's information needs
Initiate and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
Develop and distribute HR-related materials such as employee handbooks and policy documents
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS systems
Ability to create a culture of diversity and inclusivity
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Myanmar and English
