This role requires to oversee full recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Handle the full recruitment process
Conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and facilitate professional development
Handle full process for payroll calculation
Supervise administrative functions including office management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or administration within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of Labor laws and regulations
Ability to present, conduct training and seminars for recruitment drives
