Description
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create tailored recruitment plans
Conduct candidate assessments and background verifications to ensure high-quality hires
Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Diploma in HR Management or HR Development
At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Myanmar labour law and HR policies
Proficiency in English and Burmese, both in spoken and written
