Job Description

You will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and aligning hiring efforts with organizational goals

Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create tailored recruitment plans

  • Conduct candidate assessments and background verifications to ensure high-quality hires

  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and suggest improvements

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Diploma in HR Management or HR Development

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with Myanmar labour law and HR policies

  • Proficiency in English and Burmese, both in spoken and written
