The Role
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance

Description
Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employees are equipped for success
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the company up to date with industry best practices
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote fairness and consistency
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for employee growth, development, and career progression
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Proficiency in English and Burmese, both in written and spoken
