The Role

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance

Description

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employees are equipped for success

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work culture

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the company up to date with industry best practices

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote fairness and consistency

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for employee growth, development, and career progression

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee relations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite

  • Proficiency in English and Burmese, both in written and spoken
