Job Description

Description

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top talent while also managing succession planning and workforce development initiatives

  • Guideline the managers in performance evaluation processes, providing coaching and support to enhance employee performance and engagement

  • Work on structuring the organization effectively to meet business needs, including workforce planning and skills assessment

  • Develop competitive compensation strategies and benefits packages that attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with regulations

  • Continuously evaluate HR processes for efficiency improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices in the FMCG sector

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, minimizing risk for the organization through proactive compliance measures

  • Foster a positive work environment and addressing conflicts to maintain morale and productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional HR certification is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors. Experience in a business partner role is highly desirable

  • Understanding of local labor laws and cultural nuances in Myanmar to effectively manage workforce dynamics

  • Ability to bring innovative and creative solutions to business challenges, confidently devising and presenting business cases for consideration by key stakeholders

  • Ability to manage a complex work structure, able to juggle priorities and ensure necessary deadlines are consistently achieved

  • Proficient in English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skill
