The Role
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in elevator systems with strong sales skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction

Description
Achieve sales target across all relevant lines of business
Present products to the customer in a professional manner, including understanding the overall business, customer, technology, operations and process
Ability to write reports, supply quotations and send business correspondence in a professional manner
Read, analyse, and interpret tender and contract documents, technical specifications as well as current regulations
Negotiation with client for technical and commercial, contractual commitments
Perform administrative paperwork to effectively perform sale function
Regularly review progress with the management team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or) Diploma in Sale management (or) Any graduate with strong sales background are also welcomed to apply
Minimum 1 ~ 2 years of sales experience with elevator Unit sales or aftersales services
Good in written, presentation skills, organizational and planning skills, keen eye for details
Have a proven track record in the sales and marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English
