The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline and expanding the customer base throughout the industry. They will utilize their expertise in freight forwarding to develop tailored solutions for clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets

Our client is one of the market’s leading freight forwarding and logistics service providers in Myanmar. They act as an authorized service contractor for an international logistics and supply chain solution company

Description

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs

  • Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold calling and networking

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and address their concerns

  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence

  • Oversee recruitment, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance

  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role

  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels

  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques

  • Quick learner with a passion for sales

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
