Job Description

Assistant Sales Manager at Leading Enterprise ISP company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Responsible to develop enterprise ISP accounts based on strategic direction of the company

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK

The Role

The ideal candidate's background for the role comes from handling enterprise ISP product sales and good understanding of DIA, ISP products nature and its market. Ability to work independently and has Business English proficiency.

Description

  • Sell network infrastructure product & Data center services as provided by the Company, so as to meet the sales target

  • Assist sales manager to manage team and drive sales to achieve goals – developing key account and sales strategy plans in line with company requirements

  • Operate in a manner that maximizes company profitability while reducing unnecessary costs of company operations, and in a way that reflects well on the image of the company

  • Ensure personal Sales processes, reporting and systems management are carried out in an accurate and timely manner

  • Attending all meetings called by management

  • Sales activities must be reported every week

  • Target to make 8-10 contacts and 4 sales appointments a day. Need to be prepared to help meet up client with sales team in the business community to develop prospective and maintain existing clients on a regular basis

  • Attend local company events, and network within the business community at every opportunity

  • Provide feedback on issues in the field including Client condition, market updates, competitor activity, marketing and product acceptance

  • Other tasks requested by management are reasonable and appropriate

Requirements

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in business or marketing

  • At least 5 – 8 years of working experience in ISP or telecom background

  • Good Communication skills - able to hold conversations with wide range of people from various social, economic and cultural backgrounds

  • Good Problem-solving skills

  • Team Spirit & Good service

  • Good Negotiation Skill

  • Personal grooming, Self-Motivated and Hardworking

  • Willing to do additional work and to extend job scope

  • Able to Speak English at Business Level
