Description

  • Sr. Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the company, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in the market

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives

  • Identify and target potential customers, market segments, and geographic areas for sales expansion

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities

  • Train and Mentor, a high-performing sales team capable of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

  • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team

  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders

  • Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through the company's product offerings

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for management

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Develop action plans to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement

  • Work closely with the team to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies

  • Lead contract negotiations with customers to secure favourable terms while ensuring the company's profitability

  • To support to develop of effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts

  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing sales projections, revenue forecasts, and expense estimates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or other relevant degree or business-related degree

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same or similar industry, experience working in a managerial capacity and leading a sales team

  • In-depth knowledge of product, application, and the overall industry

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and visit sales territories
