Description
Sr. Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the company, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in the market
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives
Identify and target potential customers, market segments, and geographic areas for sales expansion
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities
Train and Mentor, a high-performing sales team capable of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through the company's product offerings
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for management
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop action plans to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the team to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies
Lead contract negotiations with customers to secure favourable terms while ensuring the company's profitability
To support to develop of effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts
Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing sales projections, revenue forecasts, and expense estimates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil or other relevant degree or business-related degree
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same or similar industry, experience working in a managerial capacity and leading a sales team
In-depth knowledge of product, application, and the overall industry
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in English both speaking and writing
Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and visit sales territories
