Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration
Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the elevator industry
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the elevator industry
Good communication in English
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
