Description
Oversee the daily operations of General Trades, guiding supervisors and the sales team
Develop and organize daily sales order delivery schedules for the sales team and supervisors
Track and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, presenting them to the Branch Manager
Providing insights and recommendations for improving overall sales performance
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Deep understanding of sales metrics, market trends, and customer behaviours within the FMCG sector
