Description

  • Implement and monitor compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards in all logistical activities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG and Pharma industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must and only open for Myanmar Nationality

  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share
