Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive market research plans to address business objectives

  • Design qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations

  • Manage and mentor a team of market researchers or analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Pharma, FMCG or Research industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
