Description
Develop and implement comprehensive market research plans to address business objectives
Design qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations
Manage and mentor a team of market researchers or analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Pharma, FMCG or Research industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
