  • Responsible for setting up a new sales and marketing team, developing marketing strategies, managing product portfolios, and leading the sales team to achieve commercial goals

Description

  • Developing product positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns for existing and new products

  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities

  • Identifying and targeting key markets, healthcare professionals, and distribution channels

  • Recruiting, training, and leading a new sales and marketing team

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Managing relationships with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders
