Description
Oversee the financial performance of multiple franchise locations, managing the P&L to ensure profitability. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profit margins
Ensure all franchise locations adhere to company standards and operational procedures. Implement best practices in customer service, food quality, and safety to enhance the overall guest experience
Drive business growth through effective marketing, customer engagement, and community outreach
Ensure all franchise locations comply with legal regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in F&B or Franchise industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory control, cost control and food safety
