Description

  • Developing and executing strategies to meet annual sales goals and maximize market presence

  • Managing and coaching the national sales team, enhancing performance and aligning with company goals

  • Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to boost product placement and loyalty

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and report on performance

  • Working closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain for coordinated product strategies and operations

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in pharma industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must and only open for Native Burmese
