Description
Developing and executing strategies to meet annual sales goals and maximize market presence
Managing and coaching the national sales team, enhancing performance and aligning with company goals
Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to boost product placement and loyalty
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and report on performance
Working closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain for coordinated product strategies and operations
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in pharma industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must and only open for Native Burmese
