Description
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Assess capability gaps within the organization, creating structured improvement roadmaps
Hold full responsibility for total compensation processes, analysing salary proposals from line managers and making data-driven recommendations
Employee engagement efforts will go beyond basic activities, focusing on meaningful actions that build a high-performing culture
Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of HR experience in senior level, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment
Strong background in talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in English and Burmese, in both spoken and written
