Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals

  • Assess capability gaps within the organization, creating structured improvement roadmaps

  • Hold full responsibility for total compensation processes, analysing salary proposals from line managers and making data-driven recommendations

  • Employee engagement efforts will go beyond basic activities, focusing on meaningful actions that build a high-performing culture

  • Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of HR experience in senior level, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment

  • Strong background in talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in English and Burmese, in both spoken and written
