  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s HR operation and administrative activities

The Role

The role is focus on administrative efficiency and human resource management tailored to the distribution sector

About the Company

Our client specializing in importing frozen foods, particularly ice cream, from overseas countries and distributing them within the Myanmar market

Description

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s administrative activities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs

  • Maintain company records, documents, and correspondence

  • Support logistics and coordination related to distribution activities

  • Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases

  • Administer payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations

  • Organize employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations

  • Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues

  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration and HR, preferably in trading, distribution, or FMCG sectors in Myanmar

  • Familiarity with Myanmar Labor laws and HR practices

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Burmese and English

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
