The Role
This role is required to act as a strategic partner to the business, driving holistic people strategies to foster a high-performance, compliant, and values-driven workplace within the organisation
Description
Oversee end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and retention
Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor law and corporate policies
Drive organizational change, workforce planning, restructuring, and transformation projects
Advise management on organizational design and talent pipeline development
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Develop and deliver engagement programs including recognition, well-being, and development activities
Build local capabilities and facilitate international best practice sharing
Ensure HR operations meet all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8 years’ progressive relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a senior HR/people leadership role, ideally in international organization
Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing HR in a multinational or matrix environment
In-depth knowledge of Myanmar labor law, compliance, and best HR practices
Strong strategic and operational HR management abilities
High proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
