HR Assistant at an International Leading Sportswear Company in Yangon, Myanmar
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters
Up to 900,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits
The Role
This role requires to support the HR department by managing various administrative tasks, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring effective communication between employees and HR

Description
Track daily attendance using HR software and maintain records in an Excel spreadsheet
Assist in scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements
Support payroll processing by tracking attendance, leaves, and benefits inquiries
Coordinate the entire SSB processing for all employees
Conduct orientation programmes for new employees
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, and Professional HR certification is beneficial
At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role is required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting
Excellent communication abilities in both English and Burmese (verbal and written)
