Description
Coordinate office organization, maintain records and files
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, manage office assets, and ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits
Negotiate with external vendors for office supplies, repairs, and utilities to ensure cost-effective solutions
Assist in generating reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluency in Burmese and English
