Description
Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for all process for all Units
Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles. Check the Car Kilo, Fuel and Vehicle
Maintenance Processes
Supervise the Daily Operation fleet processes. Developing efficient drivers
schedules to maximize profits
Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management
Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits
Oversee office management, facilities, and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Implement and maintain organizational policies and procedures aligned with the company’s goals
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Plus, handle document management, travel arrangements, and scheduling as required
Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree
Must be aged between 30~45 years old
Must be bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or related field
Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in management, or related roles
Must be Leadership experience in administrations operations
Must be English 4 skills, Excel & PPT
Outstanding organizational skills
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
