This role is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Administration functions of a growing logistics company. You will oversee recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, training, and office management

Description
Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws
Handle administrative operations, including office maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination
Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and secure
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and retention
Act as the main point of contact for labor law compliance, SSB matters, and DOL inspections
Manage HR budgeting and cost control in coordination with finance
Support leadership in creating a positive work environment and corporate culture
Lead HR audits and support internal/external audit processes related to personnel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or HR certifications preferred)
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, SSB regulations, and employment standards
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or trading industries is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Burmese and English
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small HR/Admin team
