Support day-to-day operations and office management for smooth logistics functions

This role is responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks, coordinating logistics documentation, and ensuring efficient internal operations across departments.

Description
Coordinate office operations, including filing, scheduling, and internal communication
Handle administrative paperwork for shipping, customs clearance, and logistics documentation
Liaise with vendors, transport partners, and warehouse teams to support operational flow
Maintain and order office supplies and equipment as needed
Manage internal reports and prepare basic spreadsheets and documentation for management
Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks such as leave tracking, expense claims, and document organization
Ensure proper archiving all documents in physical and digital formats
Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies and government regulations
Oversee daily use and scheduling of company vehicles, Monitor and manage fuel consumption.
Handle vehicle insurance processes – renewal, claims, and documentation
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of logistics or ERP software is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Burmese
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
