Your role will involve managing digital content, social media presence, and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and guide the company’s communication efforts during crises

Description
Oversee the creation of various content types, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and patient stories, ensuring they engage and inform the audience on social media and the company website
Manage and strategize the company’s presence on social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence
Foster a sense of community by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and cultivating meaningful interactions with followers
Ensure regular updates of relevant and useful content on the company website to keep it current and valuable for visitors
Ensure all digital content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining consistent visuals and messaging across all platforms
Oversee that all marketing communications comply with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
Create, review, and update marketing materials, including brochures and promotional items, ensuring they effectively engage the target audience and enhance brand visibility
Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers, IT, administration, external agencies, influencers, and partners to gather accurate content and enhance the company’s digital reach
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Marketing and Communication, preferably within the healthcare industry
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Demonstrated ability in team management, strategic planning, decision-making under pressure, fostering innovation, and effectively navigating complex organizational challenges within the healthcare sector
