Description
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings
Organize and maintain accurate data and reports related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions
Assist in managing office equipment, ensuring maintenance and repairs are scheduled
Coordinate car arrangements for employees, including car way arrangement and ensuring timely availability
Provide support with HR-related tasks, including tracking attendance and managing leave requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local business regulations and practices
Fluency in Burmese and English
