Description
Implement sales strategies and drive to achieve annual sales target
Analyse the market trends and customer needs to recommend effective sales strategies
Monitor the performance of sales representatives and conduct regular training sessions
Direct report to the Sales Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy or electrical industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have a bachelor’s degree
