Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales staff as needed

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 5 years of experience in the management level

  • A bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous

  • Business English is a must

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
