Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales staff as needed
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 5 years of experience in the management level
A bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
Business English is a must
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
