  • Responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth, a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends

Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Understanding of in-depth knowledge of the customer’s market trends, regulations, and best practices with proficient in CRM software and sales management tools
