Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration
Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Understanding of in-depth knowledge of the customer’s market trends, regulations, and best practices with proficient in CRM software and sales management tools
