Description
Develop customer care operation, and drive business development strategies
Supervise and coordinate department teams to ensure goals and KPIs are met
Review and assess staff performance for potential promotions and growth
Support senior leadership in crafting departmental policies and marketing initiatives
Drive marketing, branding, and promotional activities to enhance business development
Manage budgeting for marketing efforts and build strong relationships with key partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business; advanced degrees are a plus
Over 10 years of experience in marketing and customer care, with 5 years in healthcare management roles
Strong abilities in critical thinking, innovation, and data analysis
Proficient in HIS software, Microsoft Office, and overall IT literacy
Fluent in both Myanmar and English; additional languages are a bonus
