  • Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and driving market growth while ensuring team performance and customer satisfaction

Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals

  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience in the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous

  • Business English is a must

  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales plans aligned with company goals
