Description
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff (servers, kitchen staff, hosts, etc.)
Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer complaints effectively
Establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in a related industry and at least 2 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing operational or customer issues efficiently
