Responsible for the overall operations and success of the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service, and managing staff scheduling, inventory, safety, and hygiene standards
Up to 1,300,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and a high-quality guest experience
Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Recruit, train, and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute outdoor gatherings, celebrations, and special events
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and handle complaints professionally
