Description

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and enhances its brand presence in the insurance industry

  • Driving customer acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including partnerships, events, and direct marketing

  • Develop loyalty and retention programs to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn, using data insights and customer feedback

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience at management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and emerging trends, particularly in a dynamic market like Myanmar
