Description
Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and enhances its brand presence in the insurance industry
Driving customer acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including partnerships, events, and direct marketing
Develop loyalty and retention programs to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn, using data insights and customer feedback
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
Requirements
At least 12 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience at management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Ability to adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and emerging trends, particularly in a dynamic market like Myanmar
