Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing cosmetic products
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs and brand identity
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and traditional platforms
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and market confidence
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Knowledge of emerging beauty trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance in cosmetics
