Responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s entire marketing function, including strategic planning and execution to drive brand growth, increase market share, enhance consumer engagement, and contribute to overall business revenue, ensuring full alignment with corporate objectives and vision

Description
Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital)
Oversee the execution of brand campaigns to strengthen market positioning and consumer loyalty
Direct cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with sales, product, and business operations
Represent the marketing function in strategic leadership meetings and external partnerships
Requirements
At least 12 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience at the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
Business English is a must
Strong knowledge of industrial marketing, including product lifecycle management, channel management, and technical product marketing
