Ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office by managing schedules, communications, and critical administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality

Description
Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other corporate activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese language
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
