Assistant to CEO (Japanese Speaking) at a Leading Japanese IT Solutions and Services Company in Yangon, Myanmar
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required by the CEO
Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits
The Role
This role requires to providing essential language support, ensuring effective communication with Japanese stakeholders and facilitating business operations in both English and Japanese

Description
Assist in preparing, translating, and reviewing financial documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in Japanese
Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation for meetings and discussions, facilitating communication between Japanese-speaking executives and local stakeholders
Organize and maintain financial records, reports, and other sensitive documents with high confidentiality
Accompany the CEO on business trips within Myanmar or internationally when required, providing interpretation and documentation support
Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and other departments or external partners, ensuring smooth information flow
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or languages)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Japanese company or environment
Japanese language proficiency at least JLPT N2; English proficiency is essential for communication with local staff and external partners
Strong organizational and time management skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
