Description
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of consumer research projects to understand attitudes, behaviors, needs, and preferences in the insurance market
Use both qualitative (focus groups, interviews) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis) research methods to generate actionable insights
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies
Leverage external data sources and industry reports to enhance consumer insights and broaden market understanding.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and needs
