About the Company

Description

  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of consumer research projects to understand attitudes, behaviors, needs, and preferences in the insurance market

  • Use both qualitative (focus groups, interviews) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis) research methods to generate actionable insights

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies

  • Leverage external data sources and industry reports to enhance consumer insights and broaden market understanding.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and needs
