Description
Develop and execute a bank-wide marketing strategy that aligns with business goals while enhancing brand positioning, corporate identity, and communication across all channels
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and enhance loyalty programs using data-driven insights for customer segmentation and personalized marketing
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including mobile banking promotions and fintech collaborations, while leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics for targeted marketing strategies
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and innovation
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
