Description
Assist with daily office operation and administrative tasks
Prepare invoices and financial documents
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
Prepare monthly income and expense report
Monitor exchange rates and update financial records accordingly
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required
Previous experience in accounting or in a similar administrative role is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is mandatory
Fluent in English is a must
