The Head of Finance BP will be a strategic partner to the Supply Chain and Procurement teams, providing financial leadership and insights to drive the company’s growth and profitability

Description
Lead the development of financial strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes
Provide insightful financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and risk assessments, to support business decisions
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board
Lead cost analysis and benchmarking exercises to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Myanmar
Fluency in English and Burmese, both in Spoken and written
