The Senior FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to drive business performance

Description
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
Oversee the development of financial forecasts, including short-term and long-term projections
Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning
Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and profitability
Work closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to optimize supply chain costs and enhance profitability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry or a similar FMCG environment
Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial planning software
Fluency in English and Burmese, both in spoken and written
