Product Manager/Sales & Marketing Manager at a Leading Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in Yangon, Myanmar Responsible for managing and supporting the sales and marketing team, developing policy and procedure, and setting short-term and long-term objectives Up to 2,000,000 MMK The Role The ideal candidate will oversee and support the sales and marketing team. Develop policies and procedures. Establish short-term and long-term objectives. Plan, organize, manage, and develop sales and marketing strategies and activities to generate and maximize sales and meet set objectives. Identify and monitor potential markets, emerging opportunities, and market data, including competitor information, to gain competitive advantages. The position reports directly to the Director About The Company Our client is a leading company in the healthcare industry, providing top-notch products and services across the Myanmar market, as one of the leading international trading companies in Myanmar with pulses, beans, timber products as well as medical and hospital equipment supplies and services Description Develop sales and marketing policies and procedures, set objectives, sales targets, and prepare sales and marketing strategic plans for productive and systematic operations Supervise day-to-day tasks and activities of team members, monitor their performance, and manage operational planning processes and financial/budget execution to achieve high performance Conduct monthly reviews and measure objective/target achievement including market/product information (market size, market coverage, market share, market trend, market demand, competitor analysis, etc.) Prepare and execute daily visit plans/join call plans to all Government and Private Hospitals/Clinics, GPs, and Laboratories, promote products, and discuss customers/end-user requirements, needs, and feedback Conduct research, study specifications, discuss with KOLs, prepare for tender/project requirements, and lead the tender/project process for a positive outcome Regularly visit and meet with KOLs of healthcare professionals, maintaining strong relationships with all related interested parties Handle customer complaints, collect and investigate accurate information, and perform as per complaint handling procedure Communicate with suppliers for marketing activities, support requirements, price negotiation, terms, and conditions, ensuring competitive and profitable product offerings Collaborate with respective customers and internal teams concerning post-market activities/events such as product complaints/recalls/FSCA/AER and pharmacovigilance and take necessary actions Requirements Minimum (3) years of experience in the management of Sales and Marketing in the Healthcare, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sectors Previous experience in product management, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry Mandatory Intermediate English-speaking proficiency Proven track record of sales achievements MBBS, B. Pharm, Med Tech, BDS.
