Our client is a Global Power Technology Leader specializes in diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators, related components and technology. Multinational company that designs, manufactures and distributes engine and has strong establishment in Myanmar market
Description
Oversee operational activities, including managing staff and supervisors, while addressing complex challenges to ensure smooth team functioning
Provide constructive feedback and career development opportunities to employees, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement
Drive process improvements aligned with evolving customer expectations and organizational goals through regular reviews and updates
Monitor operational performance metrics, addressing gaps and opportunities to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, setting goals and collaborating with departments to meet company and customer requirements
Uphold health, safety, and quality standards while safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field
At least 5 years of experience in similar industry with 3 years of experience as a leader
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of managing external and internal team
At least Intermediate English
